2. Payment

• Credit Purchases: Stryng offers its Service in exchange for credits purchased by you. You agree to pay the one-time fee for credits, which will be used to access the Service. The number of credits required for each article generation will be specified within the Service. All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable.
• Usage of Credits: Credits can be used to generate articles within the Stryng platform. The specific details on the number of credits required per article or content piece will be provided within the Service interface. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.
• Expiration of Credits: Credits purchased on Stryng have an expiration date as specified at the time of purchase. You must use your credits within this specified period; unused credits will expire and will not be redeemable after their expiration date.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Service Ownership: The Service, including all underlying technology and content provided on or through the Service, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of Stryng and its licensors. Except as explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use the Stryng name, trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
• Content Created by Users: While you retain all rights to the content you create using the Stryng Service, by using the Service, you grant Stryng a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, display, and perform the content solely for operating and improving the Service.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• No Warranty: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Stryng does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content provided through the Service and expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Limitation of Liability: Stryng will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Stryng has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies to any damages, including damages for loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or performance of the Service, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information obtained through the Service.
